The Hind Rajab Foundation is named after a 5-year-old Palestinian girl murdured by Israeli forces and initiates litigation agains those IDF soldiers resposible for war crimes in Gaza. Rather that counting on the International Criminal Court, the HRF encourages individual countries to prosecute these criminal’s violations of the Geneva Convention so that should they travel abroad to one of these countries, they can face charges.
